A graduate in history of art from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, he has also completed two postgraduate courses at the WSB Universities, in banking and capital investment.
He has 20 years’ experience in banking and finance. He has worked for international banks, dealing with corporate clients, and for six years has been working with financial technologies. He has always worked in sales, dealing directly with customers. He has frequently been involved in creating and optimising customer service processes, in the organisation and development of sales in small and large teams, and in auditing sales activity. He is a firm adherent of the client-centric approach, striving to optimise the service process and create the best possible user experiences.
